I am a movement educator and myofascial release practitioner fascinated by the transformative quality of fluid movement and its positive impact on health.
I am the creator of Moving Fascia®, a movement method based on self-release and fascial movement techniques that has helped hundreds restore ease, minimise pain, and improve dynamic stability, fluid movement and breath.
For everyone
The Moving Fascia® Channel is a membership platform packed with restorative classes and programmes to help you build a regular practice from home. Soften unnecessary tension, restore mobility and elasticity and cultivate whole body integration.
For everyone
Through private sessions we can work together and tailor movement to your needs. Your aim might be to experience fluid movement through embodiment, minimise pain, enhance breath capacity, encourage mobility after injury, or surgery, or improve movement performance .
Available online on zoom or in person in my studio in Brighton.
For teachers and therapists
I believe that anatomy needs to be experienced through the felt sense, so I developed a programme in which we explore the fascial architecture through theory, embodiment, self-release and movement techniques.

Ana Barretxeguren is the founder or Evolve Movement Education and the creator of Moving Fascia®.
Her own experience of living with catamenial pneumothorax, a rare condition of repetitive lung collapses, has led Ana to a continuous investigation of fascia, focusing on the visceral space and its connections to breath and movement.
Ana holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Anatomical Sciences, she has two decades of clinic practice as a movement educator and has been a movement educator in various teacher trainings for the past 15 years. She lectures internationally on anatomy and movement.
