Anna Ronayne

I aim to create a caring and empathetic space where I can address the client's needs as an individual. I try to bring a sensitivity to classes in helping clients discover the joy of movement, become more aware, build strength and flexibility and improve their emotional well-being. I regularly attend classes and workshops in order to continually develop my practice and am currently a student of Body-Mind Centring with Embody Move UK, working towards a Somatic Practitioner qualification.

I'm running Matwork and Equipment Pilates in Hastings! I specialise in working with dancers in order to help prevent injury, and help find more ease and efficiency in their technique. I have been particularly inspired by how Evolve taught me in-depth anatomy in-order to treat people on an individual level. I love working with their principle of Softening first, then building up whole body Integration to create balanced strength and a feeling of centre.
