Tansy owns Turning Tide Pilates, an award winning East Sussex Pilates Studio, established in 2007, and is also one of the fantastic team of teachers at Brighton Pilates Studio. Her interests lie in encouraging the body to return to more natural movement patterns, exploring the inter-relationships between body, mind and movement. Tansy was named the 2019 Muddy Stilettos Awards : Best Yoga/Pilates Instructor in Sussex.

Annabelle runs a 1:1 Pilates studio from her home in Brighton as well as being part of the teaching team at Brighton Pilates Studio. With a focus on body awareness, Annabelle aims to provide clients with an understanding of how their bodies move which they can take from the studio into daily life. Having trained with Polestar, BASI and APPI Annabelle is now incorporating the Moving Fascia method into her teaching to further enhance the experience of movement.
